Advokátní kancelář Daniel Samol is a legal practice led by Daniel Samol, focused on real estate transactions and disputes in the Czech Republic.

Daniel built his expertise at international and Czech law firms, where he advised investors on major real estate disputes and exits from the Czech market.

Since founding his own practice in 2018, he has concentrated on helping clients navigate the purchase and sale of private homes and resolve conflicts tied to real estate ownership. These include disputes between co-owners, disagreements with developers or neighbors, enforcement of rights of way, and challenges arising from financing. 

Together with his team of junior lawyers, Daniel combines deep dispute-resolution experience with practical support for real estate deals.
