FAQ
1. What does your real estate practice cover?
We help clients buy and sell private homes and land plots in the Czech Republic. Our work includes reviewing risks, drafting contracts, negotiating terms, and handling due diligence.
We also support developers by negotiating with difficult tenants, preparing documentation for dividing buildings into units, and setting up agreements for the future use of property.
2. What kinds of disputes do you handle?
Most disputes we handle are linked to real estate ownership. These include:
-
Conflicts between co-owners
-
Challenges to the validity of acquisitions or contracts
-
Enforcement of liens and other rights over property
-
Disputes with neighbors, such as rights of way or boundary lines
-
Inheritance disputes involving real estate
We aim to resolve these issues through negotiation whenever possible, but we also represent clients in court when necessary.
3. How do we start working together?
We start with a short call to understand your needs. If it makes sense to proceed, we arrange an in-person consultation to discuss your goals, risks, and expected costs. After this meeting, you decide whether to move forward with us.
